- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Treat your gift card as the equivalent of cash. If lost or stolen, cards will not be replaced and are non-refundable.
- Your gift card will have a 3-year expiration date from the date of purchase, unless there is a promotional deal with a specific expiry policy.
- Expired gift cards and e-gift cards do not retain any value.
- A gift card number / code must be provided upon booking.
- Cancellation / rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the gift cards or your credit card.
- The e-Gift card will be emailed to the requested email address if you wish to.
